For the past ten years, William Adler has owned the local office of The Entrepreneur’s Source, a business coaching firm with a focus on franchising, for clients transitioning from employee to business owner. He has twenty-five years of executive management experience in Memphis-area small businesses and has held key positions including CFO and COO. Dave Moreau

Approximately 39 years in insurance, 5 years in retail. Served as chief operating officer of major Memphis insurance firm. Joined Memphis Chapter of SCORE in 2000 as volunteer counselor, and serves in Chapter management, finance, administration, seminar and member training roles. Ramkrishna (Ram) Kasargod

Retired after an extensive 34-year career in the securities/investment research field when Morgan Keegan of Memphis, TN was acquired by Raymond James Financial of St. Petersburg, FL in April 2012. Deep experience/knowledge of financial markets research and capital formation processes (IPO, secondary & private placement processes) in the Technology/Telecommunications, Environmental Services/Infrastructure & Credit Card/Transaction Processing sectors. Also experienced in the regulatory processes related to equity research/investment banking with FINRA Licenses Series 16 & 24 (inactive as of April 2014).  Double Masters with a MBA Degree (Accounting & Finance) from the University of Wisconsin, Madison – WI and Master’s Degree / Chemical Engineering from the University of Madras, India. Jean Drew

Jean Drew spent 14 Years as a Small Business Management Instructor and Counselor for Portland Community College's Small Business Development Center.  Co-Created and managed a 2 year Small Business Management Program for existing small business owners.  Also served 14 years in Banking, as a consumer, small business and large business lender for First Interstate Bank (now part of Wells Fargo) and as a real estate originator and processor for 2 real estate brokers firms and Washington Mutual Bank.  In addition, was a small business owner providing business plans, marketing plans, operations planning and coaching to small businesses and grant writing planning and assistance, operations planning and coaching to non-profits.

Retired from International Paper Company in 2009 after spending 35 years in their Financial and Information Technology organizations. Vernon Tabor

Vernon has been a Memphis SCORE volunteer for over 10 years. In addition to counseling and mentoring small business owners, he has served as the chapter chair, education chair and is a member of the membership committee. His background includes 22 years active military duty with service in the US Marines and US Air Force.  He is a Vietnam veteran. After his military career he was employed as the Employment and Staffing Manager for Ochsner Medical Foundation Hospital in New Orleans,   Human Resources Director for National Medical Enterprises in Germantown, Eastwood Medical Center in Memphis and Director of Human Resources for Christian Brothers University.  In 1997 he opened Frullati Cafe and Bakery in the Wolfchase Galleria.  During the time he operated his highly successful restaurant he received the President's Award for outstanding restaurant operations and was elected president of the company's national Franchise Advisory Board.  Areas of expertise include:  restaurant operations, human resource, financing, franchising and business planning.

Vernon resides in Bartlett, Tennessee.  He has a bachelors degree in hospitality business from Michigan State University and a masters degree in human resources from Central Michigan University.
