ABOUT THE PRESENTER: For more than a decade, William Adler has owned the local office of The Entrepreneur’s Source, a business coaching firm for clients transitioning from employee to business owner. He has more than 25 years of executive management experience in Memphis-area small businesses and has held key positions including Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer. In addition to managing day-to-day operations, William was instrumental in negotiating the sale of a multi-store retail business to a national company and he oversaw the acquisition of a publishing firm. He served as a turn-around consultant and helped several troubled companies. For the past nine years, William has served as a volunteer mentor at SCORE and assisted many business owners. For three of those years, he served as Chapter Chair.
