Getting your customers to give your business good reviews is an effective marketing tool. What happens when you're confronted with fake reviews from fake people?

This webinar, presented by the Better Business Bureau of the Mid-South, will teach business owners and those getting ready to make the leap into the world of small-business ownership the necessary tools to deal with and effectively handle those unfortunate, and all-too-frequent, situations.

ABOUT THE PRESENTER: Daniel Irwin is from Memphis. He graduated from Central High School and from Lambuth University in Jackson, TN. Daniel has worked for several social-service agencies and non-profits before coming to the Better Business Bureau as an Investigations and Research specialist. In this capacity he also served as the Administrator of the BBB's Scam Tracker service. Daniel is currently the Director of Public Relations and Outreach and lives in Germantown with his wife, daughter and two dogs.
