Over a 40-year career, Tom Pease has owned and managed several successful businesses. The one constant was that he never stopped learning. Over the decades, his accumulated knowledge made him successful. He wants to share some of those tips. Come to this webinar and find out his most important lessons.

ABOUT THE PRESENTER: A Navy veteran and a journalism degree holder from the University of Tennessee, Tom Pease was twice IBM Salesman of the Year. He started and ran e/Doc Systems, an office equipment company that he began with $15,000 and, years later, sold for $1.7 million in 2021. He was named Memphis Business Journal Small Business Executive of the Year in 1994. He's a book author and wrote 102 columns that were published in the Memphis Daily News. Tom founded Kawasaki of Memphis in 2000 and moved it to among the top 20 Kawasaki outlets nationally before he sold it just eight years later. Married for more than four decades, he lives on a farm in Fayette County. He describes himself as a straight-talking person who is a stickler for accurate numbers. Active in St. Ann Catholic Church, he loves cars, motorcycles, animals, golf and jogging. Some of his favorite quotes include:
