I can help you spark creative ideas and develop an attack plan to get a business off the ground or turn the ship towards better opportunities. I encourage out-of-the-box thinking while always being practical at what's possible to accomplish.

In this class you will learn about the LEAN CANVAS approach to creating a business model including describing your business, identifying product attributes & benefits, creating strategies and quantifying the value proposition.

"The Key to Business Success is Authentic Leadership" workshop is designed for entrepreneurs who want to optimize their business' potential. In this workshop, you will discover the distinction between managing and leading, and how it impacts your business success. You will learn the responsibility that comes with being an entrepreneur as a leader and how to lead yourself first, to enable you to lead others including your team, your followers and your customers successfully.

In this workshop, business owners will learn to understand the data required for a business plan and what to consider when writing one. At the end of the workshop, business owners will have a blueprint or first draft of a business plan. (Duration 1 hour)
